Circle Voluntary Housing Association celebrated the official opening of 57 social homes at Butterfield, Mount Neil, Co. Waterford in February 2022. A two phased estate, built and completed to the NZEB highest standards, have all the necessary certification to ensure our tenant families have safe and quality constructed A rated, low energy homes to suit their needs. With Phase 1 completed and tenanted in February welcoming 39 adults and 60 children. Phase two closing in April 2022.
In just 12 months since construction began, we were delighted to welcome our new tenants to Butterfield and to be in a position to deliver 57 homes to those in housing need within the Waterford County community. In this new estate the units are comprised of 1 x 2-bed Bungalow, 50 x 3-bed semi-detached houses and 6 x 4-bed semi-detached houses.
