CHI is in the process of retrofitting homes in South Earl Street, Dublin 8 and Sean McDermott Street, Dublin 1. They have received new windows and doors and are next set to receive air-to-water heat pumps. These upgrades are made possible by SEAI and SSE Airtricity grants.
