“Despite Covid-19 and the innumerable challenges, Co-operative Housing Ireland delivered 592 new homes in 2021, a record number for the organisation and a 23 per cent increase on the previous year.” Vice-Chairperson of CHI Enda Egan told the crowd at the launch of Baunacloka Heights, Mungret Gate, Mungret, Limerick.
Baunacloka Heights, a development of 72 homes, was launched by Mayor of the City and County of Limerick, Daniel Butler, and the Minister for Housing, Local Government and Heritage, Darragh O’Brien TD on Monday 28th March.
CHI is a leading Approved Housing Body working with Local Authorities and others to meet the housing needs of low-income households on social housing waiting lists.
