The Housing Alliance is a collaboration of the seven largest Approved Housing Bodies in Ireland.
The Housing Alliance was formed to promote the delivery of social and affordable housing by larger AHBs, to address barriers and challenges to delivery, and to promote strong professional approaches to housing management.
Together, Housing Alliance members manage over 50,000 social and affordable homes in Ireland. That means, providing homes for more than 50,000 families who cannot afford to buy or rent in the open market.
We have the capacity to deliver more than 25,000 new social and affordable homes over the next 3 years, representing more than half of the government’s target for social homes.
